How long does delivery take?


We make shoes on order, a good shoe construction needs 3-5 business days including dispatch time. In case you need at the earliest, please call or email us before placing the order.




Size issue, How can I replace the Shoe for Size ?


No issue, Shoe wearing is about comfort and a good fit. if it is not your size, dont try with force to wear the shoes. Follow the steps below : 1. Inform us via email with images of the shoes - Send us the images of the upper and sole of the shoes on care@luxuryknot.com. You can also call or whats app us on : 91-8929189325 2. A free pickup will be arranged from your respective address basis service availabilty, if the service is not available, please ship the shoes via speed post and will issue you non refundable non transferable discount coupon valid for 1 year for the amount spent up to INR 250 only. 3. Kindly pack the packet in a biodegardable plastic or papper bag as it was sent to you in the same box. Kindly do not use tape or paste label on the shoe box, In case of damage, the same box will be shipped. Please ensure everything inside the box like shoe dustcare cover. tags, cards etc are shipped back with the shoe. in absence of any of the content, the replacment shall be shipped excluding missing content. 3. Once the pickup is arranged, a return label will be emailed to you. The label has to pasted on top of the cover, post the box is packed. Affix the label properly and tape the box outside cover. To avoid any trasit damage, close and tape it properly 4. Once we receive the shoes, will do the quality check, replacment is condition to quality condition of the shoe. if the shoe is found used, then it will be shipped back, the shipping charges are to paid by the customer. The quality approved shoes will be reprocessed for size small or big and shall get shipped in 3-5 Business days. 4. In case of self shipping, the charges will be not be credited back in the form of bank/cash refund. Only a discount code, valid for one year will be issued. Once the period is over, it will not be issued. The discount code of INR 250 is non transferable non refundable.




I did not like the shoe, Can I get a refund ?


Yes, we dont want you to wear our shoes with unhappy heart. if you dont like it, we will refund back the money. Our artisians take pride in the work they do with heart, hence they dont want you to feel unhappy. Since these are handmade shoes it is equally important to know that we do not compromisie on the make, quality of material used. Each shoe is tested and checked before it is shipped to our valuable customers. if you still want to return, kindly follow Refund is only subject to following condition : 1. The shoe should be unused- As shipped originally. 2. The Shoe has to be self shipped to the address given on the invoice . Like or Dislike is a personal feeling, We request you, not to force us for shipping. We ship what you ordered and only after confirmation we dispacted your shoes. 3. Again after quality check, we will issue you a refund: a. COD orders -Share your NEFT Details on care@luxuryknot.com - Name of the account holder, Account Number, Bank Name, Branch Address and IFSC code. The refund shall credit back in 3-5 business days b. Online Transactions - Refund will go back in the original mode of payment. Max time 3-5 days.
