Free shipping within India, we deliver in India through major courier partners. Made to orders shoes gets dispatched in 3-5 business days, deliver in next 2-3 business days . Our International delivery services are available for most countries in the world. Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination is selected. Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.. Import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country only. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Cancellation Policy

After receiving your order, our customer care team will contact you to confirm the order via email, phone, sms and whatsapp. If you do not respond to our order confirmation attempts, your order will be auto cancelled within 48 hours of order placement.
If you wish to cancel your order, Please WhatsApp us at support number BEFORE your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once we dispatch the order, we won’t be able to accept any cancellation requests.

Anything that has been bought on discount cannot be refunded.

Once you have initiated a return request, our customer care team will contact you for gathering any additional information.

Our delivery boy will do the reverse pickup from the given address within 2-3 days of confirmation of return request. Please ensure that there is someone home to handover the return. 3 attempts are generally made to pick up a return. It takes 4-7 business days for us to receive the product once it has been picked up from your premises.

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure that there is no damage to the product or packaging and that the product has been returned in absolutely unused condition.

Once the product is inspected and found to be in resalable condition, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds can only be processed to your bank account or an e-Wallet.

Each shoe goes through a real effort, all components are assembled and finished through hands of our experienced craftsmen for consistent quality, if still you see any issue please share your feedback within 2 business days and will give you a free replacement.

If you not sure about the size or it appears to be small, please don't try with force, return the shoe immediately and opt for a replacement. We will certainly give you your size. Also try the shoe on clean carpet or cloth with shoe horn. Usage issue at the time of trying does not qualify for return even if it is reported within 2 business days. We may ask for shoe and sole images before considering the shoe for return.

We use genuine leather, soles and components hence shoe usage will or may produce wrinkles. Please don't consider this to be a manufacturing issue, only genuine leather usage produce wrinkles or leather scars. You can use wax or shiner on leather for better durability.
